In this privacy and cookies policy, the terms “we”, “our”, and “us” are used to refer to Digitally Delicious.

We are a controller of your information which means that we are responsible for looking after it. We will use your personal data fairly, lawfully and in a transparent manner, and in accordance with the Data Protection Laws.

How do we use your data?

Digitally Delicious values your privacy and is committed to protecting your privacy. It is important that you understand how we look after your personal data and how we make sure that we meet our legal obligations to you under The Data Protection Act 2018. This privacy policy outlines how we will use, store and share your personal data, and supplements any regulations in this regard.

This policy applies to any personal data that we collect about you when you:

  • call, email or message us (including WhatsApp);
  • book a call with us on our website/ emails (via Calendly);
  • fill out our contact form;
  • sign-up to our newsletter;
  • leave us a Google review.

If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp which provides us with email marketing services. We consider both, MailChimp and Calendly, to be third-party data processors.

If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter.

While your email address remains within the MailChimp database, you will receive periodic newsletter-style emails from us.

Cookies and similar technologies on our websites and our mobile applications allow us to track your browsing behaviour, links clicked, your device type, and to collect various data, including analytics, about how you use and interact with our Services. This allows us to provide you with more relevant product offerings, a better experience on our sites and mobile applications, and to collect, analyse and improve the performance of our Services. We may also collect your location (IP address) so that we can personalise our Services. This is in line with server-side tagging.

How do we utilise information?
